LifeSpan provides care management and many community services for older adults in Allegheny County including: 14 Senior Centers, Home Delivered Meals, Telephone Reassurance, the Senior Companion Program, and more.

North Hills Community Outreach
|
North Hills Community Outreach’s Faith in Action program matches caring volunteers with elderly individuals and those with physical disabilities. The volunteers provide nonmedical assistance such as rides to the doctor, help with grocery shopping, and friendly visiting, all with the goal of helping the care receivers remain safe and independent in their own homes.
