Home Health Care Agencies are certified by Medicare and provide in home nursing care and therapy visits. Covered services must be ordered by a physician, and among other requirements, a patient must need intermittent skilled nursing care, physical or other types of therapy. Diagnosis and condition qualify for a specified number of visits.
